Pricing & Licensing​

Will I pay for all users of Revision?​

No. You will only pay for users that should create diagrams. All readers are always free.

I have multiple customer projects, do I need a license for each?​

No. Just buy one multi-organization license and use it for all your customers.

What kind of payments do you accept?​

We accept all major credit cards. For annual billing we also accept bank transfers.

Can we test Revision before we buy?​

Sure. We start with a 14-day trial. You only pay if you find it valuable for your team.

Security & Safety​

Is it safe?​

Security is our top priority. We use the latest technology and processes to keep your data safe. We also have a strict privacy policy.

Where is my data stored?​

Your data is stored securely in cloud infrastructure with enterprise-grade security measures including encryption at rest and in transit.

Can I host Revision on my own servers?​

Getting Started​

Do you support the C4 model?​

Yes, Revision is built around the C4 model principles. You can create diagrams at different levels: System Context (C1), Container (C2), Component (C3), and Code (C4).

Can I import existing architecture data?​

Yes, Revision supports integrations with various platforms including Microsoft Azure and BizTalk Server to automatically import your existing infrastructure.

How do I share diagrams with my team?​

You can invite team members to your workspace, share read-only links, or export diagrams as SVG files for use in other tools and presentations.

Does Revision have an API?​

What file formats can I export to?​

You can export diagrams in multiple formats:

  • SVG files - High-quality scalable vector graphics for presentations and documentation
  • Draw.io XML format - Built-in export to draw.io's open source XML format, which then allows you to export to numerous other formats including PNG, PDF, JPEG, and more through draw.io
